This isn't a sales pitch—it's a genuine exploration of whether we can help and whether we're a good fit. Within 48 hours, we'll let you know if we can help and provide a rough sense of timeline and investment.

For complex projects, we may schedule a longer workshop to understand your current systems, stakeholders, and constraints in detail.

We design an architecture that addresses your specific needs—not a generic template, but a thoughtful approach to your situation.

We define exactly what's included: deliverables, milestones, timeline. We also explicitly state what's not included, so there are no surprises. Fixed-price for defined scope, or clear hourly rates for flexible engagements.

We schedule a meeting to walk through the proposal together, answer questions, and make adjustments if needed.

We work in 1-2 week sprints, each with defined goals. At the end of each sprint, you see working software—not just status reports.

Every week, you receive a brief written update: what we completed, what's next, any blockers or decisions needed. You have direct access to the team through your preferred channel.
